If you live in Lancashire we have funding to help most residents. Eligibility criteria differs for each funding type we have.
We have lots of different funding types and the criteria to apply differs for each of them. Some are dependent on a household income and the EPC rating of your home but many are not. We have an offer for most residents.
Please note - the guidelines for some of our funding is set by the Government and any flexibility outside these rules is limited. However some funding is available to residents regardless of their income or the EPC rating of their property. Before applying please read our Funding pages for more information as to how the funding works and who could be eligible.

For the Home Upgrade Grant ONLY we can offer funding regardless of income If you live in an eligible Post Code area if your property has no gas central heating system and an EPC of D, E, F or G
All funding is subject to survey and only measures that are suitable for your property and work within the funding rules will be offered to you.
Receipt of certain benefits qualify a resident for many of our grants automatically (if the property qualifies) these are -

- Child Tax Credit/Working Tax Credit
- Pension Credit (Guaranteed)
- Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
- Income Related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
