As well as having the opportunity to learn from local and national companies dedicated to sustainability, there'll also be Food Stalls and plenty of opportunities to buy and sell sustainable products from local stall holders

We'll be there to tell you how you can get a HUG from Blackpool Council.

The government funded Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) is available for Lancashire home owners, landlords* and residential park homes, to install energy savings measures worth up to £38,000, for free, with no requirement to pay anything back.

If your home has no gas central heating with an EPC of D, E, F or G and;

  • your household income is less than £36,000 or,
  • someone in your household is in receipt of a means tested benefit or,
  • your property is in an eligible postcode area (see Eligible Postcodes)

then you could qualify for free air source heat pump central heating, solar PV panels, all types of insulation, single glazed window upgrades and more!

We'll also be giving away sustainable goodie bags, wildflower seeds and more.

We would love to see you there!

*Landlords are required to pay a contribution towards measures installed
