I must congratulate the team for all their support and endeavours with our claim for a replacement boiler. The polite and courteous manner the claim was dealt with, at all stages, was a stress free and straight forward experience during the whole process.

I had solar panels fitted by Three Phase contractors. They were very efficient but whilst trying to commission the system they found a problem with my consumer unit and condemned the wiring in the house as being very dangerous. So dangerous they weren’t prepared to switch on the electricity. I was totally shocked and upset this being just before Christmas as I only have electricity to the house for heating lighting and cooking. A number of desperate calls to electricians in the area resulted in no one able to help until the end of January at the earliest.
I then received a call from Adam from Three Phase telling me not to worry he would call at 9am the following morning and make things safe for me for over the Christmas. He spent the whole day installing a new consumer unit and testing making the installation safe to use over the Christmas until they could return in the new year and completely rewire the house.
I offered to pay for the work he had done but he wouldn’t take a penny saying he would now be able to go home and sleep knowing I would be safe.
He was an absolute angel to me as I live on my own. The following morning Brad the electrician arrived at my door to see if I was ok with a bunch of flowers and to double check on things, they were so concerned over me. The whole experience has restored my faith in human kindness and I couldn’t praise or thank the group of men from this company highly enough they deserve an award.

I wanted to let you know at how pleased I am by the work undertaken by CHiL and their contractor Warm Home Ltd. Simon and his team have installed interior wall insulation in my house.

From start to finish, I have been impressed by the careful attention to detail, the thoroughness of the works undertaken and that they did everything as agreed. Simon’s team were really helpful and it was easy to have them in my house. They were friendly, polite and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The work was finished in time and to a high standard. I am already noticing the difference in my home. The house warms up much faster and retains its heat for much longer.

I would absolutely recommend CHiL and Warm Homes to anyone.

The engineer on the day of install was wonderful. My husband used to complete all the work at the property as he was a plumber but he sadly passed away. I am always nervous when I have anyone in to do work and Mark was very understanding, it felt like having my husband back. Thanks to everyone involved.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for helping us to get our new boiler fitted. Mark the plumber has done a great job, he worked really hard and was a lovely and polite bloke. He explained everything clearly and left no mess. It's so nice to have hot water at the turn of a tap! The radiators heating up really quickly too. We're hoping the new system will make our house a lot warmer and save on bills too. Thank you again for all your help, we really appreciate it and think it's an amazing service that you offer to help people keep their homes warmer. South Rings Energy came to do a survey last week so hopefully they will be able to install some loft insulation for us too. The prospect of cold weather approaching doesn't seem as worrying now thanks to your help! I had the boiler fitted yesterday and wanted to thank everyone involved in getting it replaced.
I am over the moon and was toasty and warm for the first time in a awhile last night. I am even going to treat myself to a nice hot bath this morning.
I especially wanted to thank the engineer – he is the nicest workman who has ever been to my property, clean and efficient and was so helpful.

I just wanted to thank everyone at Cosy Homes for all your hard work in acquiring the funding for, then supplying and fitting my new combi boiler. It was only completed yesterday and has already made a difference to our lives as having hot water on demand is a luxury I've never enjoyed before. My radiators are all now working well and I'm confident that when winter comes, we'll be much warmer than we were last year. Marc the fitter who did the work was punctual, respectful and friendly and I never felt uncomfortable with him in the house. He worked hard, tidied up after himself and left everything as he found it.
