A really big, big thank you to the entire team for sorting all this out for us.
We are now warm, and, have hot water, which is just wonderful.

We appreciate that this was a team effort which during these very strange times that Covid 19 has imposed upon us and involved extra work for you, so we are grateful for what you have done for us.

Everyone has been wonderful, and kept us in the picture at every step of the way, thank you.

I would however like to make a special mention of your installer, Dave Ashford. He was amazing. A really professional tradesperson, who focussed on the job in hand. We are not particularly healthy people and at every stage of the installation he put our welfare needs first, even though this must have delayed him with the installation. When finished he explained everything and being a professional tradesperson he cleaned up after himself. In fact he cleaned up to the point where our kitchen is now far cleaner than it was before he arrived!

To coin an old expression we know that there is no "I" in "Team" and this was definitely a team effort but in our opinion, based on other tradespeople that have been to the house over the years, he is a cut above the rest and a real asset to your organisation.
