Cosy Homes in Lancashire has partnered with LEAP who provides a free energy advice service to residents across Lancashire to help you keep warm and reduce your energy bills without costing you any money.
LEAP has some very broad eligibility requirements and designed to help as many people as possible who are either already in, or at risk of falling into fuel poverty. It is open to all types of householders – homeowners, private renters and social housing tenants.
Everyone that applies for LEAP will start with the LEAP Energy Advice Service and will be contacted to arrange an advice appointment with one of their Energy Advisors. Access to the boiler and appliance schemes is only available after the Energy Advice Service appointment, during which eligibility and suitability for those parts of the programme will be established.
The scheme currently offers the following
- Free Energy Advice which may include a home visit in certain areas
- Boiler Replacement Scheme
- White Goods Replacement Scheme
- Income maximisation Advice
