Are you in receipt of a qualifying benefit or on a low income?

If you, or someone in your household is in receipt of a relevant qualifying benefit or you have a household income of less than £30,000, then you should qualify for funding providing your property has an EPC of D, E,F, or G.

You can find the qualifying benefits here.

How we can help

If you don’t claim a qualifying benefit, but are eligible in other qualifying criterias, you may still have the opportunity to have your home insulated or new heating measures installed through our ECO Flex funding.

Alternatively, through our ‘Able to Pay Scheme’ and don’t qualify for the funding, we have negotiated some great prices for boiler replacements, central heating and gas appliance servicing. This is delivered by our Cosy Homes Administration Hub managed by RHEA Projects Ltd. For more information please visit Rheaprojects

Register your interest today and let the team know what measures you're interested in. Alternatively ring the Cosy Homes Hub on 03306 061 488.
